I have been asked how one goes about registering a cell phone booster or cellular signal booster. The “old school” cellular boosters needed to be registered with each carrier, and each device had specific instructions provided with the unit(s). The “new modern” cellular signal boosters, by an FCC ruling, do not need to be registered to work properly. We use WilsonPro signal boosters in our customer environments. We have been very successful in boosting weak signals to “4 Bars”. We actually do not use bars on a cellular phone, but use a very sophisticated signal meter called a Cell-LinQ.
